At Puff Pup, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
